We have paid salary to managing director of x company of Rs. 1.20 crore in the financial year 2017-2018. but now we have to reduce it in f.y. 2018-2019 of Rs. 60 Lacs. almost 50% we have to reduce it.
Please advise can we possible to change it. and what impact happen in income tax dept.
