 If Total  Gst Invoice Value Rs. 300000/- ( Three Lacs Only )  - Delivery through Motor Vehicle

and  Distance between Supply Location and Delivery Location is 01 Km only ( One Kilometer ) Under Same Pin Code

Question : In above case ,  Is  E Way Bill  Mandatory ????

There is no minimum distance in kilometers that exempt the requirement for an e-way bill. it is depend on value of consignment.

Yes, It's mandatory.
No more limit of KM distance.

Yes. E-way bill is required where goods are moved through a motorised conveyance. Distance is not a criteria where goods are moved through motor vehicle.
