To file the Income Tax Return of a Deceased person we have to add legal heir using Deceased person login id or the legal heir has to add using his own id

Legal heir will initiate the process & file the return of deceased person on his behalf.

Legal heir to log in and then go to my account.

Under that use last button to register yourself for deceased person.
