To file the Income Tax Return of a Deceased person we have to add legal heir using Deceased person login id or the legal heir has to add using his own id

Legal heir will initiate the process & file the return of deceased person on his behalf.
From whose user id legal heir has to be added (deceased person I'd or legal heir id)
