Income Tax Return Form ITR-2 Query

I have a little query regarding ITR-2. When i went to income tax office for submitting my income tax return form ITR-2 they refused to accept it saying that the new ITR form is not black white . It should be in colour print

While income tax india website is giving download in b/w format

I contacted the aaykar sampark Kender and they also confirmed that b/w ITR-2 Form is acceptable There is no colour ITR-2

But income tax office is not accpeting it

Pls clarify the issue and guide me what to do now?
