Quick Summary
When applying for a bank loan, most lenders require at least two years of filed Income Tax (IT) returns. It's generally not sufficient to file both returns within the same year; a minimum gap of six months between filings is often necessary. While these are common guidelines, specific requirements can vary between banks and financial institutions, so it's advisable to check directly with your chosen lender or an NBFC.
Generally banks give loan based on 2 years income tax returns, if you filed both in the same year then your not eligible for loan.Conditions may change from bank to bank.
