I had returned file ITR 1 and 4, but tax slab option click no, I have not filled 10ei for tax regime. without 10 ei file can I file ITR form,

For ITr-1 no need to file the form. For business income, you need to declare your choice.
Less than net profit 500000 is mandatory 10 IE for business income
