sir can i claim income tax refund for Ay 2017 18 & 2018 19 now by filing condonation request ? My tax is below the basic exemption limit ;Do i liable to pay penalty if filed now ? If yes then plz give a process in brief
Yes you can file condonation request. Normally a penalty is not applied on delay condonation. For delay condonation file the application along with relevant documents with CIT of your range.
First log in your account and check the compliance sheet if you have notice for the above year then summit those then now go to your my account then sevice and make a condonation request stating the fact why you not fill it then connect with your assessment officer of your circle with relevant documents after approval you fill your return but in X M L mood and make sure year should be choosen from the table of TDS that is mandatory
Thanx Sir/Madam but i hv one query that ; now there is no option to file condonation request under "service request". How to file this request ? Do i need to submit handwritten request to conncerned AO by visiting Jurisdictional office ??
