My return for AY 2020-21 has processed on 4th Dec 2020 showing the refund amount along with interest in IT portal but amount not credited to my SB account.
Can you please state what could be the reson or what should I do ? I have raised the Greviance to SBI refund banker but haven't received any response yet.

No need to worry, refund processing takes time as your assessment are reassessed by authority they will credit your refund to your bank account or you can review the status of your refund in NSDL portal
When Iam viewing status in NSDL portal it is showing nothing but in income tax portal it is showing with refund amount
Ok so need not to worry as your refund status is shown in income tax portal
otherwise you can file grievance on income tax portal by providing your income tax return acknowledgement number along with pan

portal is showing because of new software jhatapat processing so after filling it proceedings with in a day but refund will take time

But it proceed in dec
so by Feb you get

Just check any pending tax demand of earlier years. Becoz refund of the year will get adjusted against thhat demand. That's why.

May be because of any pending demand, refund might have got adjusted.
Or account not pre-validated for refund purpose
