I prevalidate my bank account two months ago after linking my pan with bank account but the status is request submitted since two months and I cannot prevalidate again? What is the solution now?

Actually it has to be approved by bank authorities... so contact the home branch

I have already done that previously this is the second time I'm trying to prevalidate the bank account
Whether name as per PAN and bank account are matching.
And also enter registered email or mobile as per bank records should be entered while prevalidation

My pan is linked to aadhar and bank account name format is as per aadhaar so technically there is no mismatch right and mobile number and email id are as per bank records only
If validation is successfully done then it should display as "Validated" and it should not be submitted.
Temporarily it may display as submitted for few seconds or minutes in very few cases

Else do one this to cross check the name ..
Login to e filing-->>Profile Settings---->>PAN details-->>Check the name there.
Name might be different.I mean it might be reverse sequence..
Name as per PAN might be Maruwada Gayathri

Just cross check once from net banking and from e filing portal

Sir while applying for pan the name was given in correct order as per bank records but the name on the card appeared in different manner just like u said it's Gayathri maruwada in pan and as per aadhar and bank it's maruwada gayathri so this might be the reason for my bank account not being validated?
It might be a reason.Even we have come cross the many similar issues..
Try to remove the existing bank account and add the alternative bank account if any.

So prevalidate another bank account before you get 143(1).
