please clarify : income received is subject to tax audit for the A.Y 12-13. ITR 4 not filed with in the due date. the refund amount comes to Rs. 1lakh can we file the ITR 4 online now

ITR 4 Can be filed before 31/03/2014 for the Assessment year 2012-2013 and the claim for refund will be admitted.
