We had received the refund from Income tax department wich related to A/Y 2009-10 as at date 9-9-10. wchich had wronged but we did not intimate until the concern department so what now we can intimate the concern department bcz. we have received the refund 90days ago.
Contact the concerned Income Tax Office and give them an application in writing for change of the date of the cheque. They will give you another cheque. But keep in mind that this will be the last chance to get it from the concernted ITO. After that you have to go to the commissioner office in case again some alteration is required.
