Sec 80C & etc.......... falls under the category of Chapter-VI A under Income tax Act,1961 which are called deductions but not exemptions.

Ur question is too general & vague. I request u to follow any text book/guide/ready reckoner/Act. Refer Sec 80 C/ 80 CC/ 80 D/ 80 E or chapter VI-A.
