in my account internet banking services are not activated, can i pay my income tax from my debit card ????????

No. Only Net Banking only allowed. Today banks are woking upto 11.55pm. you can pay in the bank counter.
my return is for P/Y 2011-12 so its a belated return can i file my return without payment of tax today & pay tax tomorrow ??????
and if do this what the consequences ????
