I have filed Income tax return of 300000/- income, But not verified before 31st July, In case I verify return as of now, is late filling panelty of Rs.1000/- be applied ???

Yes. the return would be discarded.

right now if you file belated return of 3 lakhs the penalty would be 1000 rs
