income tax on income not received
if i dont get salary in the financial year 2018_2019 and if it is received in the financial year 2019- 2020 how will i have to pay income tax

you will need to pay tax for ay 2019-20 related to fy 2018-19 as salary is taxable on due or receipt basis whichever is earlier.
You can file ITR AY 19-20 with 18-19 Salary as Receipt basis...
