- Wait for Java utility of Form 3; Excel utility available but has many glitches.
Have filed Form 3 thru offline using excel utility and got duly verified and acknowledged yesterday but .. will the assessment happen or any changes in excel utility can cause adverse impact due to non availability in filing portal as of date

Once validated & duly verified, means accepted by system. So, no change or any error would occur, even when updated utilites released by system. It will be assessed if no other abnormality in the ITR w.r.t data already with system. Actual assessment of ITR 3 will be a bit late. Good luck.
