I have downloaded java utilities of ITR-3 and Forms 3CA-3CD/3CB-3CD. But the same is not getting opened. A window is opening in the form displaying "Loading Form", but the form doesn't load even after waiting for 15 minutes. Please advise.

First you have to extract that then open the Utility
Kindly check whether JAVA of computer is updated & check winrar is installed or not
I am having same problem with ITR forms for AY 2021. Please give solution if anyone knows. I have java update 8u51 & windows 7. is there any special settings required to be made?
I am not able to open Form 15CB.can any one suggest the process....installed utility also and have java updated
