The gross receipts/income, on which tax has been deducted, are to be entered in the schedules under the respective heads of income, as they are assessable in the year in which the credit for the TDS is being claimed.

Yes, as per news arrived just 1 or 2 days ago, Finance Minister has said it will take atleast 2 or 3 weeks to bring the new tax portal to proper functioning. However, I strongly doubt the statement of the Finance Minister as I very well know the IT skills capability of the software major in charge of developing the new portal.
It will not stabilise for next several weeks. Two or five issues small to major will always remain.
