income tax filing for A/Y 2017-18 F/Y 2016-17
Dear sir i want to file ITR for AY 2017-18 i.e F/Y 2016-17. weather can i file the return it now with late fee or fine? also if skip this FY i.e 2016-17 and. weather their will any problem?

no there is no provision either with late fee or penalty
you can proceed with condonation of delay 119(2)(b) to concerned CIT with strong reasons
thanks a lot. but if i not file F/Y 2016-17 return weather their will be any problem?
