Since the due date of return filing has been extended till Nov'20 for Ay 2020-21 so can one has also the time to deposit the Capital Gains under Capital gain account scheme till the return filing i.e. till Nov'20

Yes, time to deposit the Capital Gains under Capital gain account scheme is also extended till the return filing i.e. till Nov'20.
because in section it's said that before due date of filing return u/s 139 which is extended to November, 2020 for F.Y 2019-20.
