Income tax exemption on medical reimbursement

I have taken indoor medical treatment from Rubby hall clinic pune which is approved under CGHS. Bill amount has been reimbursed by BSNL (retd. From BSNL)after deducting income tax. Whether my this type of bill is taxable under
income tax. Please clarify.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 17(2) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (The Act), any sum paid by the employer in respect of any expenditure actually incurred by the employee on his treatment or any members of his family in any hospital maintained by the Government or any local authority or any other hospital approved by the Government for the medical treatment of his employees, shall not be chargeable to tax.
