For Past Service Tax Order, how & where to file an appeal, when there is clear violation of Principal of Natural Justice ? Also how to pay the Pre deposit of 7.5 % of Demand ? I think the pre deposit has to be paid from CBIC-GST -Service Tax Login. Please advise. Thanks

File appeal in Form ST-4 before Commissioner (Appeals) within 2+1 months, pay mandatory 7.5% pre-deposit via ICEGATE (not GST portal), and strongly contest the order on violation of natural justice to seek quashing/remand.
