I had filed original itr on November 15 and revised my itr on November 17, however cpc has processed the itr filed on November 15 and sent a demand for 965000 , none of the taxes paid are reflecting, i called their helpdesk and they said to wait for revised itr to be processed, is any action required from my end, my ca says nothing needs to be done

Yes e verification is completed
Then you may have to wait till revised return is processed
Just wait, unfortunately.
And if the demand came with an option to agree / disagree, then I will suggest selecting the disagree option and then explaining why.
The chances of that making any immediate difference are also very, very slim, but at least you will have one more documented bit of evidence that you did your part properly and on time.

Should I file rectification request, or meet the assessing officer, will that help, i have already disagreed with the demand by using the response to outstanding demand tab. I put up a grievance but they asked me to wait for the revised return to be processed
Download ITR and ITR Form and check the tds amounts are entered correctly

The ca used the software to fill up the form

Yes. And we all know what the technical issue is. It starts with INF and ends with OSYS.

Sir tan is correct, even self assessment tax challan has been mentioned as challan not found, everything is showing in 26as , should i file rectification request or wait
