Hi Friends,
I have been ask Income Tax Clearance Certificate from my new employer to apply my visa in Europe
.
Kindly Advice how can I get this certificate.....I have PAN card but i did not paid any amount for my income tax..since I have bellow required income,,,
pls advice..

get copy of the letter asking for ITC issued by UK embassy, and get help of any CA of your area to apply for,

incometax department will not entertain personal requests , as u told its asked by UK embassy, so show that letter to ITO through your CA

if the ITC is mentioned in UK visa form then ask your employer to issue letter to you for ITC , enclosing the xerox copy of visa application, and handover the same to your CA
mere telling that you need ITC, does not makes you eligible to get it, unless you give some evidence of puposef it.

One more thing..Pls advice. This letter should be addressed to whom... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Income Tax Officer, "The Income Tax Department" Jaipur/Rajasthan-India ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Would be great if you could just post/send any link of such letter to be written to submit ITDepartment.

letter should be issued to YOU, and you will handover the same to CA who will produce the same as evidence to ITO for requirement of ITC.
incometax clearance is needed only when the visa applicant is applying for permanent shift to UK, or the tennue of his visit is more than 1 year.
