Yes, Nipun is right
Only surcharge is abolished completely.Cess is not abolished.But there is no cess while deducting TDS.Except for TDS on Salary.
Ya education and secondary higher education cess is only on1.salaries 2. payment made to non residents and foregin companies
yes bro. Cees is included in the tax for salary PGBP etc( for all ) but in case of TDS it's only applicable on Salary & Payment to NRI & Foreign Companies
