Sir, I am one housing loan and getting interest exempted. Can I have another housing loan and avail exemption on 2nd housing loan interest also.

Yes, but there is cap of 2.00 Lakhs, that is the maximum amount of interest deductible from all the house properties in a year. Any unclaimed loss is carried forward for adjustment under the same head upto next 8 years.
