Hello.
For AY 2010-2011, I had a refund of INR 25K. It is for a private limited company. But in the assessment order u/s 143(1) they said that this 25K was adjusted against the demand for AY 2009-2010. I do not have the initimation for AY 2009-2010 to verifiy this demand exists.
My question is: From where can I obtain the Demand notice for AY 2009-2010?
Just call up CPC at 180042562229 (Tollfree) and ask them to send you the intimation of Assesssment year 2009-10
Visit your Income Tax Assessing officer and make an enquiry.
Visit your Income Tax office...
contact the Assessing officer for previous year order..
I am a student and i also file income tax return in Return i show my income as Rs.24000/pa, Can i get income tax assessment order for Applying Passport.
