IS FY 2019-20 IS EXTENDED UP TO JUNE 2020? AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF CHANGE IN RBI'S FISCAL YEAR UPTO 30TH JUNE 2020 AND NEXT FISCAL BEGINS ON 01/07/2020?

For FY 2019-20, there is no extension at present. The due dates are same 31st July 2020 and 30th September.

The last date upto which ITR for FY 2018-19 can be filed has been extended from 31st March 2020 to 30h June 2020.

Government & RBI were following different fiscal years. Just like we follow April to March.
