I WAS FILED INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE AY 2011-12 ON 02/01/2019 WITH TAX OF RS. 23000/- BUT ITO ORDER PASSED 31/12/2018 TAX WAS RS. 17000/- CAN I ADJUSTED AND REFUND THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF TAX.. KINDLY CLARIFY THE THIS ISSUES
