My income is from part time job...
the job is to do market survey of electronics industry like samsung ;sony etc..
Income is around rs.20000 annually and on that amount company deducted tds u/s 194J..
In which head i hve to show this income...??

Dear ankur if 20000/- then they are not liable to deduct tax. I think it is 2lakh and if the amount is 2 lakhs then i suggest you to take it as your professional income in itr 4. Act smartly by taking deduction of expenses. Hope answer is clear or you can put a pm to me. Regards
