A Assessee is have income from Partnership and Proprietoship....

In Partnership Remu : 268950

In Prop : Total Receipt Rs. 143560... Now he is going to file ITR 3 in AY 2017-18...

 

Can he file without books of accounts...?

Is Books of accounts maintain mandatory in this case or not?
