You get maximum deduction of Rs 2 lakhs under 24(2) towards interest payment on home loan

Deduction on Interest on home loan is allowed to the extent of Rs.2 lakhs. In addition to it, deduction u/s 80EE to the extent of Rs.50000 is given if satisfied the conditions mentioned in it.
