whether Income from letout 59000 and Loss from self occupied (259000) can be considered. where the total loss from house property is (2,00,000)

as per section 24(b) in case of sop you can claim max upto 2lakh/30k which ever is applicable. Therefore, you will not be eligible to book loss of 2,59,000 under SOP
