Income from future trading

Hi,

Income from Future trading come under Short term Capital gain or Business income?

I need to file ITR4 so under which section i can declare this?

FIRST OF ALL , CONGRTULATIONS FOR SNATCHING PROFIT FROM FUTURE TRADING AS

THERE ARE VERY FEW PERSONS WHO DO SUCHA HEROIC WORK....

NOW TO THE UR QUESTION....... ANY INCOME FROM FUTURE TRADING IS CONSIDERED AS BUSINESS INCOME.............

ok now in ITR4 under which sheet i should put it and which section i need to put this?

I HAVENT EVER FILED ANY RETURN SO I AM NOT AWARE OF IT....

BUT AS FAR AS SECTION IS CONCERNED IT IS section 43(5) d

if i am not wrong

and also cross check it...
