My cousin is having only income from capital gains . Which ITR does she needs to file. ITR 1 or ITR 2 etc..

ITR-2 is to be filed..
if ihe gain is from shares nd long term it will be exempt..
Otherwise to claim any exemption assessee has to invest according to sec 54.
