Income from advertising revenues? declaration required

When you open any website(including this website) there are advertisements .  And often such advertisements are served  by google   which is  USA company . Google sends money  from usa . So it is  basically an export earning.  It is like  advertising  revenue  . So do someone need to fill  softex form or any other kind of rbi declaration form  to declare such income
