This is for all the professionals certifying form INC-20A. Company which started business activities without filing INC-20A (as it was not available on portal or some of them where unaware about such compliance) is it right to certify forms of such companies? Companies are approaching now for certification. How to proceed in such a situation?

companies are liable to file INC-20A within 180 days of incorporation, so they can file the same.
Care is to be taken to the clause of not commencing business before submitting this form, while certifying the form by professionals

@ Sahil-That is what m asking sir.. If company has commenced business as directors were not aware about 22A compliance, how we should certify such forms? Being a professional if we neglect such certification then there are chances of striking off of company by ROC.. There must be some or the other way to deal with such cases

Dear Mam.... if companies are approaching for certification.. request you to take one engagement letter from the company for certification n prepare letter from u r end on the subject matter... attache to the form INC 20A n certify...
