in partnership firm, is partner under audit or not
If partnership firm is under audit than what is the status of partner ( whether partner under audit or not)

Treated as audit assessee and whatever is allowed as deduction for partnership will be taxed as income for working partner. His Due date for ROI also will be 30th September.
i think it is applicable to working partners only.
