What is the impact on the cash flow statement on an acquisition of land paid by the issue of shares

Purchase of land by issue of shares, basically it's non cash transaction. so effect in cash flow statement

No effect in cash flow statement . It will not be treated as Investment activity , because no involvement of cash .

It is a case of non cash transactions and not a cash from investing activities as their is no cash flow. no treatment in cfs
