20 April 2010I have heard that section 529 onward only, of winding up, in corporate laws are relevant, for , may 10 exams. If it is so than around 100 sections can be skipped. But i could not confirm the news. If any body has any idea, please convey the source to me.

only these sections are applicable. Yet, all the sections are not important, so it is better to study from the study material. it excludes unimportant sections.

plz provide me some important suggestion for IT & SM ,
i heard that amendmends are very important for this time bcoz there r many changes in tax is it really .plz help me cn i follow amendmend part only ????

Yash:) According to trend, every year amendments are very important in law( ie, tax, company etc), more so in the case of May exam, since the relevant finance act find its first application in the May term. And yes, this time amendments are numerous. Still dont be selective, amendments might be for say, 35-40 marks, which alone cannot fetch you a pass mark. So other provisions are equally important.
