Immunity for CA

Please explain what kind of immunity are you talking about? Immunity from what.....

 when our client not reply to any govt department  they contact us by reading our address from audit report, and also from memorandum where we verify the subscriber.In many case we jst register the co and client never come to us.Such thing waste our precious time . We are becoming soft target as we cant do anything.

My question is how we can avoid such circumstances and take remedial action against such official
