Don't worry it is happening just because you are new to this profession. It is common because of lack of experience but you will learn all things slowly....

I think you should analyse your work after your daye is complete and remind yourself "what hv i done today..??"

Through this you would be able to analyse what have you learnt and also there will be a sense of satisfaction of having learnt something.

Slowly this feeling will get erased automaticly after you do this for even 1 month...

Though i agree this feeling is normal in case you are new to articleship...but i think 4 months is a gud time perod and by thius time this feeling shouldn't have been there.

but m sure you will feel confident after doing the above

Initially most of the students facing these problems.After some time they will gain knowledge therotically & practically. be positive towards the success.

It hapens dear.But when u go in some other firm u will realise that u have learnt a lot.So have partience.whatever is taught to u do learn in a nice manner.Anything learnt never goes waste.So all the best.and this is kahani of everyone.so dont worry

For the time being it is happening...by the time u will get gud practical knowledge and xperience ...your confidence will shoot up.

Don't worry Future Chartered Accountant.. Since its an initial stage, u may blink for what has been happening surround I_I  !!!.. But it is not the conclusion in itself..

Remember " Everything is permanent EXCEPT Change "

I hope U will grasp lot of thing in ur ariticles period. U will surely notice lots of professional change in you at the end of articleship provided u retain the aspiration to learn.

Don't give less weightage to Vouching.. Though its a minor work.. Its the BASE for Accounting/Auditing.

Don't hesitate to ask doubt with ur seniors/principal. In every situtation of your audit, keep on asking Y? Y? Y? until u satisfY !!!

Single Drop makes an ocean.. like wise simple work (Vouching) makes you to Ocean ( CA Qualifcation)..

Well Sanjana don't feel let down by the kind of work you are doing in your Firm. Initially we all are made to do small jobs like vouching, verification of entries etc. It doesnot matter if you are an average student or a scholar.

I would just like to say that keep ur moral boasted all the time and learn whatever you can learn from your organisation. But remember, not to get stuck with one job. I would say diversify your learning horizon.

And one more thing, don't hesitate to change your principal incase you are made to do only one job.

No body can say i am expert in vouching if they say tell them to do the vouching, is it not possible practically for most of the person who started to know about vouching perfectly from that time they will leave the vouching they will not like to do vouching so don't degrade yourself

you can learn much better than your seniors if you have interest

don't take any tension..have some patience...it will take some time to learn...

just concentrate what u are doing...i mean just do whatever you do with full concentration...

3 years of articleship is a very big time to learn...and u just completed 4 months..

take me as an example......when i was about to complete 1 year of my traning ....i mean mujhe lagta tha ke mujhe kuch b ni aata...sirf vouching hi aati hai..and baki i m wasteful...

and now when i completed 1.5 yrs of my traning....i know each & every work (not everythin yet)...

so...just keep motivating urself, & go ahed in ur lyf...u will enjoy work...

keep 1 thing in ur mind...

IN EVERY WORK..EVERTIME ASK URSELF..

1) I WANT TO DO IT...

2) HOW DO I DO IT..

3) I WILL TRY TO DO IT..

4) I CAN DO IT...

5) I WILL DO IT...& AT THE END U WILL SAY URSELF..

hai sanjana. dnt wry abt the issue..it's common for new comers....
first of all u know all the duties n responsiblitites of an auditor..so that this makes u understand the work u r doing n to get self-confidence....like wise u also maintain a dairy to note down all the works what u have done in a day...and review that at a weekend.so that u will understand what mistakes u r making and how to correct the same...so by this way u can replace your fears with ur excellence....good luck dear
