Igst credit on imports

Dear All,

Please note IGST credit on Import WILL NOT reflect in GSTR 2A. GSTR 2A is only a report based on GSTR 1 filed by GST registered suppliers. Please note, foreign exporter will not be registered under GST. 

The details could be validated from ICEGATE portal using your Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) by generating monthly reports.

the credit will not reflect in your GSTR 2A
You have to check it icegate that payment of IGST is showing or not.

If it is showing on ICEGATE portal you can avail it.
