Dear Experts,
I have paid IGST for imports in the month of July-19 but import invoice booked in the month of Aug-19. kindly let me know in which month shall I claim ITC whetjer in Jul-19 or Aug-19 ?

You are eligible to claim ITC only in the month in which you have actually received goods rather than the month in which you made the payment.
Only after the actual receipt of imported goods in your factory you are eligible to avail ITC
