I downloaded the IGNOU Prospectus, but there they have just mentioned that the time period for IPCC passouts will be "proportionately reduced". Nothing has been said as to when we will have the degrees. Where do I find that out? 

i think rather wsting time on searching this.. directyly call the ignou na.. they wil tel u everything
