I face a problem regarding TDS on courier.
A company goods sent to customer via courier and courier company issue bill ot mentaion freight charges can TDS liable to deduct TDS on courier company bill or not.

If goods sent by courier then TDS deduction is compusory

You are liable to deduct tds on contract u/s 194C on freight charges.
TDS is applicable in respect of payments made to courier
since it is in the nature of carriage of goods as explained
in CBDT circular no. 715 / 8-8-95.
