If forget filling of ITR A.Y. 2018-19 then what I do? Please help me.

It cannot be filed now as due date has already passed. In case you receive any notice from IT Dept, you can only file in response to that notice.

application u/s 119 only can be made when there is any refund...
Forget about filing ITR for AY 2018-19, prepare for AY 2019-20 now.
