if employee mistakenly given extra unit of product where we record it and what is the title name for it??

What is the product and why is it given
Suppose a customer demand 100 mobile phone and employe of the firm give 120 mobile phone by mistake where this expense is recorded and what is the appropriate name for it
1. if the employer wants to do that they can debit the same amount to the account of responsible employee.
2. also they can debit the same amount in lost in transit claim head.
