I have to check the shareholding pattern of one of our client which is a private limited company, i am able to see the shareholding pattern from the last annual return filed by the company but the problem is that after that there was a buyback. The company claims that Form 4C has been filed but the same is not updated on the site even though it was filed in feb 2011. They have submitted us the physical print out of it also but is there any option available on the Mca site which shows the status of the form filed.i.e still remainig to be uploaded or something like that which I can check and take a copy so that it can act as a corroborative evidence for my organisation?
