there is JAVA problem .. resolve it
i have done java and internet explorer setting also..
WHAT IS THE ERROR
unable to use digital signature in submitting the application form for IEC
THERE IS NO POP UP WHILE USING DSC \
SEE WHETHER POP UP IS BLOCK
yes pop up is also blocked
UNBLOCK IT
i have tried this also
SURELY THERE IS JAVA PROBLEM SO GET IT CHECKED BY SOME ONE IT DEPT PERSON
