IEC Application

I am unable to submit the application form for IEC with digital signature.
Please help me
Why i am facing this problem ??

THERE IS NO POP UP WHILE USING DSC \

SEE WHETHER POP UP IS BLOCK

yes pop up is also blocked

SURELY THERE IS JAVA PROBLEM SO GET IT CHECKED BY SOME ONE IT DEPT PERSON
